Our story
Africa’s digital economy is booming, but most commerce tools were built for Silicon Valley. They assume fast Wi-Fi, credit cards, and US dollars. That’s not how business works in Nairobi, Mombasa, or Kisumu.
Shopeak was born from a simple frustration: talented entrepreneurs in Kenya were held back by tools that didn’t understand their reality. WhatsApp DMs instead of order management. Manual M-Pesa reconciliation instead of automatic matching. Spreadsheets instead of inventory systems.
We’re building the commerce platform Kenya deserves — one where M-Pesa is a first-class payment method, stores load fast on 3G, and everything works from a phone.
